    First Let's check if you are in the right place

    DATE OF THE LESSON THAT THE STUDENT WILL BE ABSENT
    (Multiple absences should be submitted separately)
    Please take a moment to reread our policy                                    
    Weekly Lessons Ambler Music are $28 for 30 minute lessons/$54 for hour lessons.
    Tuition is to be paid monthly by check to "Ambler Music" on the last lesson of each month to secure the next months time slot.
    Payment is Due before the 1st of the month and it is the student/parents responsibility to 
    WE REQUIRE 48 hours notice from a student or parent to reschedule with a makeup lesson. 
    We RESCHEDULE lessons that fall on the dates of Memorial day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day. 
    We RESCHEDULE lessons if the snow or other weather causes a concern to safety. 
    We expect students to remain respectful of teachers, other students, the building and its equipment.

     If You have multiple absences or absences for multiple children please summit each absence date and student with a separate form.  Once you have submitted this form we will keep record of the contact you to schedule makeup lessons when a time slot is available to be offered to you.
